PRIVATE PURCHASE CONTRACT

Usually, real estate agents draw these up themselves, Marbella Vacation Home offers the option of preparing this with the help of a lawyer in the presence of a notary. Having a contract regulated by a public notary protects both the buyer’s and seller’s interests. The buyer may complete the purchase with our notary, or if he/she prefers, choose a different one. Either way, our advisors are always on hand for our clients: drawing up contracts, registering the purchase title deed with Land Registry and, after completion of sale, for property management.
