Rocío Areales, Founding Member

Rocío born in Cordoba and with a degree in tourism founded Marbella Vacation Homes in 2014 combining not only her personal and professional experience in the tourism industry, but also her passion and enthusiasm to interact with different cultures.

After living in different European countries such as Ireland, France, and Italy, she decided to return to Spain and settle on the Costa del Sol, where she worked as events manager, hotel commercial manager and managing director of a beautiful residential building, until she finally decided to dedicate herself to the luxury real estate sector. The love for her homeland, the passion for tourism and the multiculturalism of Marbella creates the perfect elixir for Rocio’s aspirations and personality.

Personality and Familiarity: words which are often not associated with real estate and rental agencies, but which fully identifies Marbella Vacation Home’s style, philosophy and success. Rocío is an all-rounder dynamic professional, who uses her natural and cordial style in an industry that can often be seen as to impersonal, to ensure that all requirements of her clients are fully met.

As a mother of 4 little boys, she understands the importance of family and have dedicated herself to not only find ideal houses for “the grown-ups” but also take into consideration the wishes and needs of the little ones.
