Marbella Vacation Homes puts together the perfect home visit schedule and concentrates viewings in a short period of time; this allows you to make a quick comparison to understand which property is the right one for you.

Each building has its own history, and it’s important to find out what that is before buying. Once a client is interested in a property, we carry out a technical study and look at the legal situation of the property to get a clear and complete overview.

THE PURCHASING PROCESS: STEPS AND BEST PRACTICE.

The moment of purchase is the most delicate and is where Marbella Vacation Homes advisors give their best.  We negotiate purchase conditions and take care of the entire process: preparing reservation documents and the private purchase contract, carrying out due diligence on property documents, checking requirements for possible mortgage loans and, finally, assisting the client during the process of the granting of the public title deed of sale before the notary, as well as the process of registration with the Land Registry.

Important: according to Spanish law the buyer has the right to choose the notary. Marbella Vacation Homes simply suggests its trusted advisors. Either way, we make sure we inform clients about any documentation they must provide to the notary to draw up the final purchase title deed.
