We usually manage properties on an exclusive basis and only in cases where we are “Key Holders”. This means we have previously worked with the owner – renting or maintaining their property, and now, thanks to trust and familiarity, they have entrusted us with the selling process. This exclusive style of management is also the foundation for the buying process. We usually handle transactions for clients who, after having rented with Marbella Vacation Homes, decide to continue trusting us to purchase their own property. By working with Inmobalia and with access to a select database, we pre-select properties to facilitate the client’s final decision. The basis of our commercial relationships, both in buying and selling, is the full confidence and exclusivity that our clients give us.

We have a wide variety of apartments, villas, penthouses, luxury studios and townhouses in Marbella, Puerto Banus, Guadalmina, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís and East Estepona.
